All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. You can find currency conversion/exchange rates at www.xe.com or your local bank.

All your personal information is secure using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This ensures all your personal details including your credit card number, name and address, are encrypted while in transmission.

Shipping Rates and Information
Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your shopping cart. (Credit card information is not required until shipping charges have been calculated).

All orders ship by default through Canada Post. Expected delivery times are: 7-10 business days for delivery within Canada 9-15 business days for delivery to USA 2-4 weeks for International Orders

We cannot offer tracking information at this time. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to mishandling by Canada Post. All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

Product and “One Of” Availability
Our Website is a direct reflection of all the available items we offer for sale. Merchandise is limited to the items, colors and sizes listed in our online store.

If you are looking for an item that is not displayed for sale on the Website, then we currently do not stock that item. If an item is pictured, but does not include an option for purchase or is marked “SOLD” or “SOLD OUT”, then we do not currently have that item in stock.

Be sure to check the Website regularly to see if specific items become available.

Order Status & Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

You should receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Product Sizes and Information
All T-Shirts are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted. Here is a list of typical shirt sizes. Please be aware that the below sizes are only suggestions because sizes will vary depending on the manufacturer.

Ladies/Girls T-Shirt Sizes: Small 0-2 Medium 4-6 Large 8-10 XL 12-14

Unisex T-Shirt Sizes: Small 34-36 Medium 38-40 Large 42-44 XL 46-48

Returns and Exchanges
It's really important to us that you be delighted (not just happy) with your order. Please let us know if you have received a defective item and we'll be happy to exchange it for you. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns or exchanges on items that have nothing wrong with them. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask for help.
